Hello, I'm Juce.

I'm the one behind Altèra, and I've never been able to see a journey as a checklist.

The first time

As a child, I remember travelling and feeling something inside me that even today I can't explain. I observed everything with a detail unusual for my age — the different sound of the trees, bread that tasted of something else, the way the light fell in the morning. I'd come home full of stories to tell. Those memories have stayed with me, intact, to this day.

How Altèra was born

For years I watched people around me — especially my family — planning trips with more stress than pleasure. Spreadsheets, dozens of open tabs, questions no one answered, vague expectations that ended in disappointment. And they started asking me for help. "Hey, can you look at this with me?" It became a habit.

One day I realised that what I was doing out of love for my family is exactly what many people needed: someone who would **listen before suggesting**, who would respect each traveller's budget and pace, and who wouldn't sell destinations as if they were products.

That's how Altèra began.

Today, Altèra helps travellers who want more conscious and personalised experiences — without endless hours of research, lingering doubts, or generic itineraries.

Every journey begins with a conversation.

The goal isn't to sell a destination, but to understand the person who will live it.

What I do differently

I offer two things rarely found when planning a journey: **time and attentive listening.**

I don't recommend destinations. I recommend experiences for each **traveller** — because the right trip for your best friend might be exactly the wrong one for you.

I believe travelling shouldn't be a race to see as many places as possible.

It should be an experience that makes sense for the one living it.

I love itineraries that leave room for the unexpected. That café you discover by chance, the chat with the lady at the fruit stall, the unplanned walk that stays with you forever — that's where the true journey lives. My job is to design the structure and leave space for those moments to happen.

Quem sou fora disto

Juce
